NavTx, LLC, is a Texas-based firm, with concentrations in construction, real-estate investments and real-estate development.
Since it’s Founding in 2019, the company has completed projects in the residential, commercial, and development spaces. NavTx relies on our internal team, and relationships with trusted subcontractors, contacts, and Business networks. Above all else, we seek to provide clients the highest levels of integrity, vision, problem solving, and service. This involves quality workmanship, efficiency, value, cost savings, and staying on budget.
Our company started with investments in residential homes, to include COMPLEX renovations with the use and coordination of architects, engineers and designers. NavTX has since grown into other areas of the real estate industry.
NAVTX has also secured contracts with organizations who are partially funded by governmental agencies and the City of San Antonio (COSA). This experience brings another dimension to NavTX; honing our best practices and strategIES BY continuously improving the way we do things. In addition, we have worked closely with COSA Housing programs, which are intended to provide easier access to home ownership for lower income TEXAS residents. For NavTX, this translates to a higher level of detailed management which includes: permitting, inspections and coordination with all advanced and skilled trades.
