The majority Principal

Has transitioned from over 20 years in the Corporate & Legal Affairs department for a Texas based Supply Chain Management Company. HE WAS ALSO INVOLVED in executive strategic management of operationS, which served clients such as AT&T, TelMex, and other Multinational organizations.

He HAS also managed property owners, negotiations, all aspects of leasing, and the build out of multiple multinational warehouses in the US and Mexico.  This included the real estate components of land acquisition, managing architects & engineers, and General Contractors during the construction phaseS.

The minority Principal

A single-tenant industrial specialist, exclusively representing buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the nation. 

After attending college in NY, he pursued various business initiatives, and ultimately decided on real estate.  He holds real estate licenses in New York and Texas.  He is also heavily involved in other areas of the real estate industry, to include, capital raising, and assessments/analytics in land transactions.  Currently he sits on the Board of an Automotive Manufacturing company, which adds to his business acumen.

Has been in the industry for over 25 years. 

He is a master at problem solving and has the experience to anticipate issues which may arise.  He is a certified LEED inspector, as well as experienced in all skilled trades.
